Program Overview
The 2025 edition of the UDUF Africa Active Leadership and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp delivered an intensive program designed to equip young business professionals with practical strategies for scaling their enterprises. The bootcamp attracted over 67 participants, reflecting a growing demand for actionable guidance among Africa's youth.
Held at the Onitsha Business School Executive Hall, the program bridged knowledge gaps and inspired practical execution through training modules, mentorship sessions, and networking opportunities. Its core objective was to cultivate long-term business growth capabilities and profitability.
Opening Leadership Address
Dr. Ezuma Smart Chinedu, Founder of UDUF Africa, emphasized the critical link between knowledge and action. He urged participants to adopt digital transformation, sharpen financial planning, and execute scalable growth strategies.
