Program Overview

The UDUF Africa Active Leadership & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2026 was successfully held on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th February 2026 at the Onitsha Business School, Onitsha, Anambra State. The two-day intensive programme achieved its primary objective of equipping participants with practical leadership, entrepreneurial, and business growth strategies.

The bootcamp attracted entrepreneurs, business owners, students, and emerging leaders from diverse sectors, all eager to learn, connect, and grow. Dr Sylvanus Allegbo Izebhokae, Financial Expert and Registrar of the school, guided participants on financial discipline, business structures, and sustainability, noting that weak financial management – not poor ideas – is often the reason businesses fail.

Mrs Abayo Angela Ifeoma, Managing Director of Chillis Foods Ltd, delivered a session on Scaling Your Business: From Idea to Growth and Impact, highlighting how structured growth, market positioning, and systems create lasting value and social impact.

Amb. Dr Simeon Kelvin Chukwu, CEO of Crystal Garden Estate, presented Sales Mastery: Turning Ideas into Revenue, focusing on practical selling strategies, customer psychology, and converting opportunities into consistent income.

Dr Ezuma Smart Chinedu, Business Development Strategist and Founder of UDUF Africa, delivered a strategic session on Designing Your Business for Profit: Using the Business Model Approach. He explained that profitable businesses are intentionally designed, and provided participants with tools to structure enterprises for clarity, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Dr Ezuma Smart Chinedu also anchored the programme by connecting all sessions with strategic business and leadership insights, creating a clear pathway for growth.
